...."Food and Water on the Starship Warden" from White Dwarf Magazine no. 5. I have found every single MA1e article from old gamer mags, but cannot find this one ANYWHERE. If anyone has a scan, PDF or link I would be mopst grateful. Heck, I even found the old, barely legible photocopy article from Liaisons Dangereuses 77. But I can't even find a copy of White Dwarf 5 to purchase. It is the only thing I need to have all of the MA1e stuff. Please help if you can. Thanks.

Craig J. Brain Artifact table, I haven't finished deciphering it yet, but I think it's an early version of the table from the MA1e rulebook. I will post a link when I have more time.

Another thing which is sort of odd is (if I can read faint letters x, m and b correctly) the first chart doesn't seem to always follow a logical progression.
In other words, for an item in the chart I might expect b always to be on the left of x but sometimes it's on the right. (Does that make any sense?) Maybe I'm just unable to read some of the faint letters and my guesses are off.

Marv,
I took the pages from that article and pulled them apart with photoshop and changed the contrast and brightness. I don't have the results anymore, but it did help me read them. Have you tried that?

I have not, but it's a neat idea. I don't have photoshop but maybe I can try with paint or some other graphic type program.
